Change is not necessary

Most of the time, people think that using technology in their business to improve and simplify things is a good decision. Maybe, it's because of some ads suggesting that if you use our technology, your business will sure be a success. But sometimes this is the biggest mistake they commit because the technology, their people and their business doesn't mix very well.

The technology being used may look simple to use but in the long run, its just making things too complicated. Causing too much delays in work.

Although training their employees is the quickest solution to that problem. Training employees to use the technology properly is not always an option for all companies because training means expense. The only choice would be to replace some of their employees, but it might be bad for the businesses' image.

Sometimes its better to leave the work process or procedure as is.
